Shipping Locations GymPakistan delivers all over Pakistan, covering major cities and remote areas through reliable courier services.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping: Available in select cities for an additional charge of PKR 400.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days in select cities.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days, depending on the location.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos as proof.

If an order is lost during transit, we will either resend the order or provide a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.

To ensure smooth delivery, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Returns due to a change of mind will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
